Travel to Lofoten by car

Through Sweden

Take 45 to Karlstad, Mora, Ostersund, Storuman. You can either turn off onto the E12 to Mo I Rana (Norway) or carry on the 45 to Arvidsjaur. Before Arvidsjaur turn off onto the 95 (Norway) Storfjord/Fauske E6. Carrying on north E6.

There are ferries to Lofoten;
- from Bodo (to Mosknes, 4 h), take road 80 at Fauske.
- from  Bognes to Lodingen (1 h). Stay on E6 (BEST WAY), E10 to Svolvaer.

Sweden-here-I-come.jpgThe route through Sweden is the quickest and fastest. Flattest route is up the east coast of Sweden via Stockholm, Kiruna, Narvik. Or you can do a round trip, Sweden and return through Norway. Amazing and beautiful!

From Norway (Oslo)

Take E6 all the way to Bognes, ferry to Lodingen.
